Resident Evil Revelations Review

Oh.... Its been so long since a scary Resident Evil has been released. Operation Raccoon City was pretty good and had some scary moments but was not that scary.

Resident Evil 6 was no horror at all and I disliked the game. Finally, a scary Resident Evil game has been released. Resident Evil Revelations is now available for XBOX 360, PS3 and Microsoft Windows. It is a port of the 3DS game. This new game is awesome.

Taking place before the events of Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil Revelations puts Chris Redfield aand his long-time friend and colleague, Jill Valentine, founders of the Bio-Terrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), on a mission to the Cruiser Ship, Queen Zenobia, and then to Europe.

Resident Evil: Revelations has an addictive new game mode called Raid Mode, in that you level up, acquire better weapons, and earn combat perks. While largely similar to the main game—even to the point of using the same maps—Raid Mode challenges players to take a specific, customizable loadout and blow through a given stage, with an ever-increasing number of enemies, in the fastest time possible. Once you clear the first 20 stages, you can replay them on the next difficulty level, and then once more on the hardest difficulty level (it is truly nightmarish). So all I can say, is that this game is a total catch. All should buy it now.

The graphics are not that good (They are like Resident Evil 5). But are watchable and not a knife to the eyes.

So, it gets 9\10.
